How to Register
Davisville Membership will open for returning, deferred and social members on February 1. Registration and payment must be received by March 1.
Davisville Membership will open to Waiting List and New Member Applicants on February 6. If you have registered on the Waiting List, your registration and payment must be received by March 1 to qualify for membership at Davisvile in 2019.
ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED ONLINE. Payments can still be made by cheque or by email money transfer.
Returning Membership Details
Registration for this season will open on February 1 for all returning Davisville members.
Online applications with payment to the club must be received by Davisville by the end of day March 1 to secure your spot for the season. After this time, returning members will be considered on a first come/first serve basis along with all other applicants on the assumption that spots exist after the waiting list and new member applications are processed. Please do not delay!
Deferred memberships are also available to returning members. Deferred membership provides members with the option to put their membership on hold for two seasons.
For those members that have deferred in the prior year, you have the option to extend your deferred membership for one more season or restart your membership. Your completed application will be considered before the waiting list is considered. So, if you are coming back this year, make sure to get your application and payment in on time.
Potential new members on the waiting list or applying for the first time will have membership open to you on February 6. If you are on the Waiting List, you must reapply for membership and payment must be received by Davisville at the end of day on March 1 to confirm your interest in joining Davisville this year.
If you are not a member and are not on the waiting list yet, you should apply (with payment) starting on February 6 and no later than March 1.
New members will be accepted into the club on March 2 in the order in which they applied and provided they have finished registration and payment has been received. Applications and payments from any category received on March 2 or later will be accepted on a first come, first served basis provided that there are membership spots available. So, don’t delay!!
Note: The new City of Toronto policy for Community Tennis Clubs indicates that waiting list members from the City of Toronto must be given preference over those from outside the City borders.

We will be conducting a one day, in person, membership application drop in for those that wish to register in person. Time and Date TBA. If you would rather sign up for Davisville in person, then please come and join us! (signing up in person will not change your position on the wait list or give you any additional preference as a new member).
