2012 Registration at Davisville

Registration for the 2012 Waiting List is now open.

• 2012 Davisville Membership will open for returning, deferred and associate members on February 15, 2012. Registration and payment must be received by March 14, 2012.
• Davisville Membership will open to Waiting List and New Member Applicants on February 20, 2012. If you have registered on the Waiting List, your registration and payment must be received by March 14, 2012 to qualify for membership at Davisvile in 2012
• ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED ONLINE. Payments can still be made by cheque or by email money transfer.

RETURNING MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

Registration for the 2012 season will open on February 15 for all returning Davisville members. More information on the process will be available soon.

Important Message - All 2012 Membership Registrations must be made electronically. There will be no paper based registrations. We still accept cheques by mail and EMT payments.

Online application forms with payments to the club must be received by Davisville by the end of day March 14th to secure your spot for the season. After this time, returning members will be considered on a first come/first serve basis along with all other applicants with the assumption that spots exist after the waiting list and new member applications are processed. Please do not delay!

Deferred memberships are also available to returning members. As a reminder, the deferred membership provides 2011 members with the option to put their membership on hold for the season.

For those members that deferred in 2011 you have the option to extend your deferred membership for one more season or restart your membership for 2012. Your completed application will be considered before the waiting list is considered. So, if you are coming back this year, make sure to get your application and payment in on time.

WAITING LIST AND NEW MEMBER APPLICATIONS

Potential new members on the waiting list or applying for the first time will have membership open to you on February 20. If you are on the Waiting List, you must reapply for membership and payment must be received by Davisville at the end of day on March 14 to confirm your interest in joining Davisville this year.

If you are not a member and are not on the waiting list yet, you should apply (with payment) starting on February 25 and no later than March 14. You should get applications and payments to us as soon as possible!

New members will be accepted into the club on March 15 in the order in which they appear on the waiting list (provided that they reapply) and then for new applications in the order that payments are received. Applications and payments from any category received on March 14 or later will be accepted on a first come, first served basis provided that there are membership spots available. So, don't delay!!

MEMBER SIGN UP DAY

We will be conducting a one day, in person, membership application drop in for those that wish to register in person on Sunday February 25th from 1pm to 3pm at the Red Lantern - 228 Merton St. If you would rather sign up for Davisville in person, then please come and join us! (signing up in person will not change your position on the wait list or give you any additional preference as a new member).

WAITING LIST

The waiting list for the 2012 season currently sits at approximately 230 people.

In 2011, our waiting list was 350 and everyone on it that applied for membership by the appropriate date received membership. We can't promise that the same will be true in 2012, but it does give you a bit of an idea.
