Davisville Tennis Club is a very active and social community tennis club operating in the heart of Toronto (Mt. Pleasant and Davisville). Over the course of the summer months, we endeavour to give our members a truly unique and positive experience that comes from sharing moments and time with your DTC friends.

It also comes from playing a lot of tennis. If you are new to the sport we offer beginner classes, round robins and orientation to get you familiar with the game and comfortable on the court. For the more advanced player, we have both A and B intercounty teams, tournaments, and ladder play.

Davisville offers a lot to our members. Some of our highlights include:

• 500 Members - many of them active and so there is always someone around to play with

• 6 fully lit courts - recently resurfaced for your playing pleasure

• No court Fees - once you are a member, you can play as much as you want to at no additional charge

• Tag Up System - perhaps our most unique feature. The tag-up system of play allows you to find matches at your level whenever you want to play. For more information click here.

• Staff - there is always someone working during Davisville hours to enhance your experience

• Full Clubhouse Facilities - with free refreshments, instructional videos and really nice trophies and new furnishings

• Lessons - if your game needs a tune up or overhaul, Chris Field (Level 2 coach) can help you out

We prefer that members do this online as it cuts down on our administrative work, but either way is fine.

When you correctly complete the form under the registration tab, DTC will send out a registration confirmation email to you. When payment has been received and processed, a membership confirmation email will be sent out to you at the email provided.

For those new to us in 2008, your registration email will be sent out after returning members have had a chance to renew. Renewal is guaranteed to returning members until midnight on April 4. After that time, new members and returning members will be accepted in the order in which they register. It is possible (but not likely at this time), that some new members who sign up before April 4 may not obtain membership with DTC in the 2008 season because of space restrictions. Confirmation emails will be sent to new members starting on April 5.

Applications and cheques received before April 4 will be held in sequence. EMT's cannot be held for more than 30 days. New members paying by EMT before March 10 will have the money withdrawn from their accounts and then returned to them (in full) if membership positions are not available on April 4 – again, this is highly unlikely.
