Davisville has two competitive Intercounty teams playing at the A and B levels. All registered members of Davisville are eligible and encouraged to tryout for these teams.
Intercounty teams play from May until mid August. The A Team plays on Thursday nights, the B Team plays on Tuesday nights.

Tryouts will take place at the club at the following times (weather permitting):

A Team - April 24, May 1 and May 8 (if necessary)
B Team - April 22, April 29 and May 6 (if necessary)

All tryouts will be held from 7 pm - 9:30 pm

Inter County Team Selection Guidelines

Team Composition:

• Davisville’s A or highest ranked team will consist of 8 or 9 men and 4 or 5 women, and subs.
• Davisville’s B or second ranked team will consist of 12 men and 6 women and subs.

• Previous results in inter-county and club tournaments (information provided by team captains and weighed to most recent results).
• A minimum of 2 pre-season try-outs (indoor if necessary) and the discretion of the club pro.
• Captains will be chosen by team members of each inter-county team.
• Successful candidates for the A Team are generally at the 5.0 level and above. Players who play on the B Team cannot be rated higher than a 4.5.
