Hit for Hire (HfH) - July Edition
It's a HIT!! It's official, we love Hit for Hire! We're continuing the program with our Assistant Pro, Sarah Burton. The schedule for the month of July is below, so be sure to book your hit today!
How it works
The cost is $25 for 1 person, per 40 minute time slot. If 2 or 3 people want to hit with Sarah, it would cost you $15 each (for 2 people) & $10 each (for 3 people). So you can sign up by yourself, with a partner or with 2 other people. It's you against the Pro or yourself & a partner rallying with the Pro or you can play some Doubles with the Pro! Bring your money (exact change please!) & pay Sarah directly... and enjoy your HfH!
To reserve your time slot, you contact Sarah by email (assistantpro@davisvilletennisclub.com) or by calling her at (416) 669-5722. Be sure to book your time before the day arrives, as you will not be able to just show up & get a HfH. So pick a time slot (listed below)! There is no need to show up early to book the court. That will be taken care of for you! Just show up on the appointed date and time, to Court 6 & have a hit with our fabulous Assistant Pro. Fantastic!
(Note that Hit for Hire is just like being tagged up, so you cannot play 2 consecutive HfH sessions OR be tagged up to play afterwards on another court, while you are on court with Sarah.)
So, you get a 40 minute hit with Sarah with 2 tennis balls. It's like a playing session\tennis lesson all at once. You can work on particular strokes, just rally or play some games. Your game will improve quickly when having a consistent ball hit to you every time!

Dates and Times
- Tuesday July 12th: 7:10 pm., 7:50 pm., 8:30 pm., 9:10 pm. & 9:50 pm.
- Sunday July 19th: 11:50 am., 12:30 pm., 1:10 pm., 2:30 pm., 3:10 pm., 4:30 pm. & 5:10 pm.
NOTE: If you need to cancel your HfH, your cancellation must come more than 24 hours before your appointed time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your HfH, you are still responsible for the $25 fee.
